Found a problem, or have an idea? Tell us, in English or Arabic. You don’t need a GitHub account.
Many answers are already in the FAQ and in each app’s release notes.
Contact us without GitHub
What to include
- The app: InstaFind, Remember Me, Lemon or InstaWords (and for InstaWords, whether it’s the Windows app or the web app).
- The app version: shown in the app’s About or Settings.
- Your Windows version: Windows 10 or 11, and the version shown in Settings, System, About (or type
winverin Start). - The steps: what you did, step by step, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot of the problem helps a lot.
Never include
Amounts you converted, your tasks, notes or chats, file names or file contents, passwords, account or card numbers, or any other personal or financial information. Cover them in screenshots too. We never need them to fix a problem.
Tip: InstaWords’ “Report a problem” window and Remember Me’s “Copy diagnostic info” collect the app and Windows versions for you, without your data, and you can copy them into your message.
Open a GitHub issue (needs a GitHub account)
If you have a free GitHub account, you can report a problem or suggest an idea directly on the app’s GitHub page, and follow the answer there. Issues on GitHub are public.
Your privacy
We only see what you choose to send us. No app sends reports, crash data or usage statistics on its own. The privacy policy lists what each app stores and every network connection it makes.
